Job Description
THE JOB
- Manage and support Windows based and Linux based servers;
- Manage and support RDBMS servers (e.g. MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle);
- Perform system, upgrade, configuration, installation, troubleshooting and monitoring of application systems;
- Manage the inventory control of hardware and software;
- Liaise with vendors for technical issue resolution;
- Perform regular system review, capacity monitoring, fault diagnosis and problem management;
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Head;
THE PERSON
- Bachelor or above degree in Computer Engineering, or IT related discipline;
- 4 year of working experience in server and system support;
- Strong in technical support skills including trouble shooting, performance tuning, capacity planning, monitoring tools recommendation, customization, deployment and usage;
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese;
- Work independently with minimum supervisions
