• Initiate and manage the new bank system implementation training program
• Formulate the training strategies and address the identified training needs from business partners & front line sales
• Responsible for full range of training & development tasks such as program design, training logistics, feedback evaluation, etc.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administrations or related field
• Minimum 5 years of training administration experience
• žCandidates with bank knowledge may also be considered
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good at L&D planning and strategic planning will be needed
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with different levels of employees
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• A good communicator and team player
