• Responsible to Government OGCIO SOA-QPS tender bidding
• Pre-sales Solution Development & Presentation
• Project Commission/bonus will be included

Responsibilities:

• To recommend and propose appropriate solutions and offer services to customer.
• Engage in the whole pre-sales cycle, including customer meeting, user requirement study, prepare workflow charts and diagrams, presentation, prototype, proposal and the RFP/bidding phases.
• Work closely with internal Engineers and develop external partners and suppliers overseas. 
• Support project management tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in IT or any relevant disciplines
• 3-5+ years of relevant working experience
• Solid experience to response Government Tender is an advantage
• Experience to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users and understand their requests and requirements
• Outgoing, energetic and good at communication and presentation
• Holder of PMP certification is definitely an advantage
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Ability to do problem solving and troubleshooting
• Proficient in Chinese and English, both spoken and written
