• Provide ongoing technical support for Lotus Notes applications and databases.
• Consult with our users to develop requirements.
• Experience working under minimal technical guidance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Evaluate, develop, and deploy security enhancements and platforms meeting business and technology requirements.
• Evaluate, define and record system necessities for workflow, data, hardware, logical processes, and operating system environment.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and effective requirements documents, correspondence, procedures, and reports in accordance with policies.

• At least 2 years experience in this field.
• Familiar with Domino formula language, profiles, caching, impact on views, forms, and workflow processing.
• Familiar with Domino access model as to groups on ACLs, selection of documents for specific users in groups, and how document access field values apply.
• Familiar with Microsoft SQL database.
• Design elements, their proper use, and updates during design replacement and design update.
• Database connectivity.
• Domino knowledgeable, knowledge of Java, LotusScript, MS SQL, cloud, and HTML.
