Duties: 

• Support on Delta 1 ETF Market Making Platform which support on Equities, Commodities, Fixed Income, Warrants, etc
• Take on an active role in L1/ L2 support of the system in production (for Asia Pacific regions) with an opportunity to learn business and technical aspects of the Delta 1 ETF MM architecture and systems.
• Be the first point of contact to problems and answer functional questions
• Take lead on trading system issues and effectively advise and communicate with traders
• Run morning checks and monitor orders throughout the day.
• Ad-hoc troubleshooting for trader and address enquires in a timely manner.
• Manage the trading system enhancement life cycle
• Work with traders to identify issues and clarify requirements
• Build and maintain tools to assist with production support

 Requirements

• 7-15+ years of relevant Front-Office trade floor support experience; preferred to have come from a Banking/ Financial Services industry
• Extensive knowledge of electronic order routing on investments products such as Warrants, Options, ETF, Marketing Making, Equities, Fixed Income, etc
• Tech-savvy in Python/ SQL/ Shell scripting and fundamental supporting experience in Linux/Unix commands
• Excellent communication / Interpersonal Skills
• Highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills who can produce in a high pressure, time sensitive trading environment
• Possess excellent communication skills and speaks business professional English
