Job Description:
- Define roadmap and blueprint of system solution design with system boundaries and integration.
- Build standard business system flow procedure and integration approach in implementing cross-enterprise/cross functions business application systems.
- Design the enterprise global and regional master data sets and information flow for integrated supply chain process
- Plan continuous improvement initiatives
- Migrate IT projects into IT products for sustaining continuous growth and adopting to dynamic business requirements
- Responsible for positioning IT value proposition and preparing IT budgeting
- Analyze business requirements and identify the gaps and the potential improvement initiatives
- Translate/map business requirements into system design architecture and solution blueprint.
- Manage and foresee expectations of business leaders
- Prioritize solution roadmap and prepare feasible and adaptive project timeline
- Work with related parties/stakeholders to develop the system process flow and information flow to fit the enterprise application landscape.
- Measure the usage and quality of the data and integration with other IT platforms to sustain the IT product and the integrated processes.
- Provide functional/technical services to support cross-enterprise business.
- Manage implementation Projects and report project progress & risks.
- Reconcile and troubleshoot the discrepancies (transactions, data, process mapping, user interfaces, expectations) and work out preventive measures.
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Over 10 years of business application experience in multiple national company.
- Minimum 5 years of ERP or Supply Chain system implementation experience, preferably in Oracle EBS R12, with at least 3 years in project management role in implementation projects with at least 3 IT subordinates.
- Solid knowledge in Oracle EBS configuration
- Good Knowledge in business functions - Manufacturing/Financial/Supply Chain
- Demonstrate proactive attitude and good communication skill
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, good problem-solving mindset and detailed reconciliation skills
- Demonstrate organizing skills and systematic mindset
- Demonstrate independence and critical thinking
- Willing to travel and work overseas
- Willing to work beyond office hours in case of meeting important project deadline and serving urgent support.
- Able to communicate with overseas offices scheduled beyond working hours.
- Eager to search of excellence to learn and improve existing situations.
- Demonstrate as a good team player and can work on own initiative with good attention to details.
