• Process and approve claims in compliance with the Company’s policies, guidelines & TAT standard;
• Pro-actively claims handling, including timely investigation into suspicious abuse claims;
• Assist in reports preparation;
• Actively participate in the team’s meeting, enhancement in workflow, claims system, UAT and projects as assigned;
• Maintain good client relationships with the insured, agents and other internal counterparts.

Job Requirements:

• DSE or above;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience;
• Basic knowledge of insurance product;
• Self-motivate, multi-tasks handling and able to work in a fast paced environment;
• Independently with good problem-solving and negotiation skills;
• Good team player;
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
