A fast-growing life insurer is expanding its bank channels and they are looking for Senior Bancassurance Executives.

Responsibility

• Develop and maintain a good relationship with the bank partners' frontline staff
• Provide support, coach and motivate bank partners' to achieve channel sales goals
• Handle inquiries and provide timely feedback to bank partners and their frontline staff

Requirements

• Good Mandarin in a must
• Experience in bank insurance frontline staff is wellcome. (GBO,CSO, etc)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
