Job Purpose:

• Provide risk management services that support and facilitate the delivery of business plans, projects and initiatives of the Company. Ensure internal control framework is effective.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support in the development and implementation of risk management framework, risks policies & procedures to identify, quantify, prevent and control various risks
• Assess and report different kinds of risks through ongoing risk assessment and project risk assessment, identify root cause and recommend risk mitigating measures and key risk indicators for monitoring
• Advise management on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in place and adherence to risk management policies and guidelines
• Coordinate the business continuity management and ensure effectiveness of business continuity plan
• Provide risk management advice to the various functions of the insurance business and coordinate activities to mitigate risks
• Provide training and workshops to business on communicating the risk management framework and processes
• Prepare and support for the risk reporting

• University degree in accounting or actuarial or qualified accountant or actuary
• Over 5 years’ experience in the insurance or financial industry
• Experience in risk management, external audit, internal audit or control functions
• Good understanding of the insurance business and the risk management framework
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
