An established wealth management and financial services company is looking for Manager, Pension Service.

Your new role
You will support senior manager for establish the process and system for pension administration of the operations. You also need to collect user requirement for enhance the pension operation process. You will also work closely with technical team for end to end UAT. You need to work closely with internal and external counterparties to unsure the deliverable of functional needs can be accomplished effectively. You need to coach and guide the junior, support and review their performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• More than 6 years of pension service experiences in insurance or investment related
• Knowledge in regulatory compliance, operational requirement (Enrolment, Contribution, Termination etc.)
• Candidate with UAT, system enhancement, project management would be a plus
• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills
• Excellent in both written and communication in English and Chinese
