Program Overview 計劃概覽

Vitasoy Operations Trainee Programme is a 24-month program to accelerate your development in our manufacturing operation department.  You will receive structured on-the-job training to develop your functional skills through different job rotations and attachments within manufacturing operations and some relevant departments.  You will get timely coaching from your functional managers and learning & development professionals to support your transition and ongoing development. 

You will also be assigned with mentors from our management team who will provide you with guidance and career advice during your development.  In addition, you will participate in a series of training programs or company-wide projects or activities to develop your business acumen, personal effectiveness, supervisory and interpersonal skills and these learning interventions will be spreading out according to your various development stages.  Upon successful completion of the program, you will be promoted into a supervisory role in the frontline operation department.   

維他奶營運培訓生計劃是一個為期24個月的計劃，旨在加快你於維他奶生產部門的發展。你將接受一連串有系統的在職培訓，並於生產部負責不同工作崗位, 接受各指派項目以全面發展你的實務技能。為令你適應工作和持續發展，你的直屬經理及學習與發展的專業人員將為你提供適時指導。

在你的發展過程中，你將會有一位擔任管理層的指派導師為你提供指導及職業建議。另外，你將參加一系列培訓計劃或全公司性的項目或活動以發展你的業務敏銳度、個人效率、監督能力及人際交往能力。而這些學習計劃將根據各個發展階段而展開。完成營運培訓生計劃後，你將獲晉升至生產部的督導級職位。

Job Responsibilities 工作職責

• Act with integrity and uphold Vitasoy’s key principles and values at any time at work　
• Understand and comply with all regulatory and relevant internal/external requirements on food and work safety　
• Handle daily operations and observe relevant work procedures set out for the operation/process to ensure work output is efficient, effective and at high quality specified by management　
• Participate actively in resolving operations issues and escalate problems in a timely manner　
• Raise improvement suggestions promptly to achieve operation effectiveness, safety and any other relevant management objectives　
• Communicate openly and build trust with different colleagues within and across teams　
• Perform specific duties, projects, company-wide initiatives and any other work assigned by management

Job Requirements 職位要求

• Diploma holder or above 
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of working experience　
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• This job requires 5.5-day work per week, non-standard work hours during the periods of the training program to match with the corresponding work requirements of the operations under training
• 持有專業文憑或以上學歷，修讀相關課程者優先考慮
• 歡迎應屆畢業生投考或持有最多３年工作經驗者投考
• 具備良好學習態度
• 具備良好溝通和人際關係技能
• 為配合營運及培訓需要，此計劃有需要每週工作5天半及於非標準工作時間工作

Education Sponsorship 教育資助

Operations Trainees who have passed probation successfully will be eligible to apply for company’s sponsorship on further education if they want to study part-time for pursuing job relevant academic qualification.

成功通過試用期後，可申請公司教育資助，以持續進修獲取與工作相關的更高學歷。
