Responsibilities

• Communicate with laboratories and colleagues in production team and marketing team on production schedule planning to ensure lab test reports to be received on time
• Handle sample delivery in according to lab test requirement
• Be able to work under pressure with a number of project schedules to manage
• Handle clerical work such as preparation of purchasing order and ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• With at least 2 years solid experience as project coordinator / sales coordinator
• Experienced in dealing with laboratories for lab test is highly preferred
• Highly attention to details to cater for high level of quality requirements
• Proactive, flexible and hardworking
• Familiar with AI and Photoshop, including produce output to factory will be an advantage
