OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will take full ownership of leading supply planning activities by managing capacity and inventory to secure supply. You will be involving in developing and improving supply chain planning process to ensure continued effectiveness and alignment with objectives of the business

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regularly role model BOA values to your team and others
• Full engagement in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process to provide input and recommendations on potential supply issue and lead supply alignment meetings
• Maintain capacity and inventory planning model to monitor and control the progress and ensure a smooth production and on time delivery
• Closely monitor phase in and phase out product to minimize excess stock and meet business transit timeline
• Monitor sales forecast changes to ensure demand requirement are met and proactively communicate if current supply is at risk
• Track KPI’s and continuously improve system and process to enhance performance in the demand supply planning area
• Support projects in relate to customer experience and satisfaction (e.g. Key customers programs)
• Perform ad-hoc analysis/tasks as required

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary education in relevant discipline
• 3 years’ experience in production and material planning
• Fresh graduate with good MS Excel skills will be considered
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Occasional travelling is required

 DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• From shoe manufacturing, FMCG and fast fashion industry
• Knowledge of inventory control and S&OP 
• Advanced computer skills in Excel (pivot table, macros, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Knowledge of Power BI
