Responsibilities:

- To perform order input into system and provide PI to Regional Manager

- To coordinate between internal departments and factories for order processing & shipment arrangement to ensure timely service delivery

- To handle order, shipment and payment follow up delivery schedule with PMC

- To prepare related documents, such as backlog report

- To handle RMA 

- To provide assistance on ad-hoc projects or assignments as required

 Requirements:

- Diploma or above

- 1 year working experience or above

- Proactive, detail-minded, good communication & interpersonal skills

- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing

- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Office will be relocated to Lai Chi Kok in late 2022
