Job Description

Responsibilities including but not limited to the followings:

  • Full handling of our retail clients 
  • Preparation of various order documents e.g. Proforma Invoice, Purchase Order, vendor registration documents
  • Overseeing and organizing pre-production scheduling, lab testing, artwork development, and factory audits
  • Working with our China based staff and vendors to ensure orders on track
  • Daily communications with customers for on going orders and new opportunities
  • Coordinating and follow up on operations, documents, logistics, and payments
  • Perform market research for sales proposal
  • Development of customer account development and relationship management including trade show participation, cost estimation, quotation, price & terms negotiation, and order follow up to shipment
  • Provide administrative & clerical support to Manager / General Manager
  • Handle ad hoc projects and proactive problem solving
  • Travel to China if necessary
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser

Requirements:

  • University graduate  
  • At least 3 years solid experience in sales to US/Europe retailers and distributors
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Develop Sales Value Proposition and Sales Strategy
  • Sales planning and marketing research
  • Project management skills and independent handling of multiple tasks to hit tight deadlines
  • Complex problem solving skills
  • Internet marketing
  • Familiarity with ERP / SAP systems an asset

  • Cope with fast pace environment, working under pressure, have strong ‘multi-tasking’ abilities, resourceful & pro-active
  • Sales oriented with good business sense and critical thinking
  • Good at numeracy with analytical skill and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
