Your Mission

• Handle order entry, planning, order fulfilment & expediting
• Follow up purchase orders with internal departments & vendors proactively
• Monitor status of open and outstanding orders
• Follow up payment process with Finance department & customers
• Assist manager in reports preparation
• Other ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned by supervisor/manager

Your Talent

• 1-2 years relevant experience in order management/ shipping field
• Proficiency in MS office, especially advanced in Excel
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Detail-minded, well-organized and independent
