ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES: 

• Responsible for products such as Housewares / Toys
• Liaise closely with overseas clients and China based factories to ensure projects, production and new inquiries are processed efficiently and timelines are maintained. 
• Proactively resolve open issues and efficiently track production status.
• Work with suppliers to resolve Quality concerns and Production schedule concerns. 
• Oversee Product testing process for existing products, testing completed by third party laboratories.
• Occasional travel to both Southern and Central China as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• High Diploma with 1-2 years work experience in a Production or Manufacturing environment with a focus on scheduling and Order management
• University degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good command of Spoken and Written English and Mandarin
• Must be able to work independently but still work well with colleagues.
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, well organized, responsible and willing to learn.
• Must be able to identify and prioritize responsibilities
