Key Role and Responsibilities

• Assist Quality manager to solve various quality issues including production and new product development
• Communicate with different parties (like internal departments, suppliers and customers) to establish different quality standards according to different industries and products
• Handle customers' complant in a proper way which includes establishing improved ways for the internal standard and replying to the customer’s complaint report appropriately
• Set up quality control plan as well as boundary limited samples and SIP
• Failure analysis and corrective plan in quality aspects

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or above in Quality / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• 2+ years relevant quality control working experience is preferred
• Preferable to have IATF16949 training and practice in work
• Familiar with ISO9000, QS9000
• Good knowledge of quality tools and systems, six sigma and FMCA are preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Familiar with PPAP/SPC/PCP/FAI/Cpk
• Able to work under pressure
• Working location in Guangzhou
