Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate group management reports and prepare financial pack for senior management for decision marking.
• Collaborate in FP&A activities for group and regional reporting and multiple sites as well as business lines, including sales margin and manufacturing costing analytical review.
• Enhance financial planning and analysis to drive future business performance, and support decision making of business development, particularly in budgeting, rolling forecast, variance analysis, margin analysis, cost analysis, sales and expenses efficiency analysis.
• Assist Head of Group Finance for external activities such as investor relations, funding (debt & equity) and due diligence.
• Assist financial accounting team for month end & yearend process plus external audit.
• Partner with regional and functional teams in projects and strategic initiatives such as new business models, system implementation, process reengineering.

Education and Experience required

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / Data Science with CPA qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years FP&A experience; experience gained from medical and/or manufacturing industry will be an asset.
• Excellent skills and knowledge in financial analysis, business planning, advanced financial modeling capabilities, experience in EPICOR and Business Intelligence tools would be an advantage.
• Strong experience in group consolidation with excellent excel skills (VBA) is definitely a strong plus.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior FP&A Analyst
