Responsibilities: 

• Assist the Operations Manager in supervising and managing the food delivery operations, particularly on workforce management according to customer’s order and request.
• Manage and drive continuous improvement on operational KPIs for operations process enhancement.
• Review and optimize workflow by developing internal Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and external guidelines.
• Work with related departments to maintain and enhance the platform of reward system for member activation and engagement.
• Gather and analyze Market Intelligence to maintain competitiveness. 

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Logistics, E-commerce, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
• 3 years’ relevant experience of which 1 years were at supervisory level in operations from logistics/E-commerce & supply chain industries.
• Experience in emerging technology in logistics and supply chain, including but not limited to open-platform and dynamic pricing; 
• Strong planning, problem solving and analytical skills. Sensitive to numbers.
• Good people management and presentation skills.
• Independent, flexible, stress resistant and able to work in a fast pace team-base environment.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Proficient in MS applications, e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google applications.
• Immediate available is preferred
• Shift-duty may be required during peak season or special project arrangement
