Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily repair and maintenance works to ensure efficient, reliable and cost-effective works are being conducted by technician and contractors for different business units of the group
- Liaise with relevant internal & external parties and government authorities for submission and approval processes, regulatory and licensing matters, and follow up on the schedule and status of work
- Provide general administrative support to construction and R&M factions
- Prepare regular summary and analysis reports related to expenses, payments, project and work status
- Perform other projects as assigned
- Diploma or above in business administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance administrative role from sizable company, preferably in catering industry (restaurant or food factory)
- Well-versed in MS Work, Excel, PowerPoint
- Immediate availability is preferred
