Job Description (職責:)

• Providing in house technical helpdesk support to end users and ad-hoc support as required. (負責內部同事電腦技術支援工作)、
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, firewall and networks, hardware, and software installation and maintenance services will be an asset.( 協助管理伺服器、網路、防火牆。電腦硬件安裝及維修)
•  Providing support to the company’s Web updating and Google Map accounts management.( 協助公司網站更新及維護、及管理Google Map帳戶)
•  Knowledge of CCTV installation, film, and video editing.( 協助資訊科技及影音視聽支援、剪片及閉路電視維護)

Job Requirement (要求):

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, or related disciplines. Fresh graduates will also be considered (文憑或以或以上程度)
•  0 – 1 year of relevant experience or training in hardware and software installation and PC support.(最少一年有關工作經驗或曾接受一年有關資訊科技的培訓)
• Responsible, self-motivated, a good team player, with a pleasant working attitude as a team (主動積極, 有責任心, 具團隊合作精神)
