Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operations and trouble shooting on network issues
• Provide technical advice and support on corporate structure of networking & security, Linux/ Microsoft Windows platform and VMware virtualization
• Perform network and system installation, configuration, system patching, testing & monitoring
• Ensure cyber security measures enforcement and other infrastructure related support
• Develop and manage IT Security awareness program for the Company
• Prepare proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow through actions of all incidents/service requested

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure and network support or project implementation
• Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting, Fortigate Firewall, Office 365, Teams, Webex, Veeam, VMware, Druva
• Familiar with on premise infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Data and Voice Telecommunications, Switching, Routing, WAN and LAN, Unified Communications, Network Architecture & Design, Network Security and Firewalls
• Knowledge of IT security processes, such as patch and vulnerability management, penetration testing, privileged identity management, security incident detection and incident response
• Certificate on CCNP, ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, CISA would be an advantage
• Experience in working with regional teams in sizeable organization is preferable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and good team player
• Well versed in both English and Chinese including Mandarin
