Job Responsibilities:

• Manage large scale system integration project;
• Plan, track, liaise and report project status to stakeholders including PMO Office, client and subcontractors;
• Establish and enforce project management processes, guidelines, protocols (e.g. escalation, quality control, meeting cadences and document sharing platform) across project teams;
• Align project plan across workstreams/subcontractors to ensure dependencies are known and planned against and critical path tasks identified and monitored;
• Identify and analyze project risks and issues and drive resolution across project teams;
• Take lead to carry out project management and administrative duties according to established processes, guidelines and protocols;
• Keep track of resources, budget and timeline to ensure the project could delivered according to the plan;
• Manage client expectations and ensure project delivery according to the tender requirement.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Computer Science or Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Holder of PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP/PSM/CSM/A-CSM/CSP-SM/CTC
• At least 13 years of post-qualification IT experience
• Minimum of 10 years IT project management experience in managing infrastructure projects
• Experience in managing large scale/enterprise network infrastructure and complex environment
• Strong relationship management skills to manage stakeholders at various levels
• Experience in managing complex environments
• Strong vendor management skills and ability to manage multiple subcontractors;
• Holder of CISSP/CISA/CISM would be an advantage
• Holder of CCIE-Security (Cisco)/JNCIE-SEC(Juniper) Certification would be an advance
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good influencing skills, self-motivated, confident, enthusiastic, patient, positive, flexible, goal-driven and result-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication (Cantonese & English) and presentation skills
• Government project experience is preferred
