Responsibilities:

• Providing daily IT operation service to in-house and service stations
• Hardware, software and network equipment installation, configuration and upgrade and troubleshooting 
• Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software purchase/maintenance
• Manage IT asset and server hardware inventory
• Performing other duties as and when required

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 1 years relevant working experience including system & network support, project management, web programming and database design
• Strong support and troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Windows platform
• Strong infrastructure skills especially in MS Window Server and MS SQL Server
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ Access) and Chinese Word Processing and website development knowledge
• Immediate available is preferable
