Job Description
IT SUPPORT
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on desktop, LAN network, system, hardware and software
- Provide helpdesk, IT remote support and solutions to users
- Provide assistance and training to users on PC operation
- Maintain system documentation, hardware & software inventory
- Assist in Servers administration and maintenance
- Conduct PC Software evaluation as required
- Assist ad-hoc IT assignments and projects as required
- Higher Diploma or above in IT related disciplines
- Knowledge in computer hardware and software applications
- Basic understanding of network and server side infrastructure
- Working experience in PC support will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, independent, good communication and presentation skill
- Fresh graduates with good learning attitude are welcome
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Applicants without IT knowledge would be considered as IT Support Trainee.
