Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary Focus on Group Solutions Deployment and Support
- Manage Group Solution IT Business Analyst (BA) team in solution design, delivery and support
- Manage BA team to perform user requirements analysis to understand business needs
- Manage BA team to perform Solution Design to achieve Business Expectations
- Develop Group Solution IT BA team technical and business knowledge to support responsible areas. Identify and create Backup team structure
- Collaborate with business and IT teams from group solution design, integration and delivery perspective
- Conduct ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related subjects
- 10 years working experiences in IT related functions with at least 5 years in managing Procure to Pay / Warehouse Processes for Raw Material and Finished Goods / Food Manufacturing / Preventive Maintenance / Quality Management
- Strong technical knowledge in one of SAP modules SD / FI / MM / QM / PP and ABAP development experience in SAP ECC6 / HANA, preferably working as team leader in project rollout
- Strong Experience in Business Process & System Alignment and Change Management
- Familiar with PMBOK / Agile methodology / Business Process Design and Optimization
- Good command of English / Cantonese / Mandarin
