Our client, a multinational company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

• Perform day-to-day IT technical support on the infrastructure and application systems used.
• Conduct supports on system administration, backup operation and batch processing.
• Occasional needs to perform system support and fire-fighting in non-office hours and weekends.
• Occasional needs to perform system maintenance and application system program migration during non-office hours and weekends.
• Other ad-hoc tasks or projects.

Requirements:-

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any of the information technology related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of system administration experience in supporting Linux, Solaris Unix and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
• Basic understanding of database, backup and storage technologies is an advantage.
• Interpersonal sensitivity and customer responsiveness with good spoken and written communication skills, team working skills.
• Able to escalate problems in a timely manner as per the escalation matrix.
• Good English and Chinese communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Immediate availability is highly preferred (but not a must).
