Job Description

Digital Workplace Services Unit

What you'll do:
  • Provide technical advice, lead and actively participate in technical evaluation or new initiative study including hybrid cloud and IT security solutions such as Cloud infrastructure and service e.g. AWS/Azure/Alibaba Landing Zone, AI, IoT, virtual desktop on Cloud, etc. and support with HKPC’s data center
  • Manage Cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, web hosting, and execute full system life cycle on technologies such as Microsoft domain infrastructure, cloud security and O365
  • Manage IT security systems including Cloudflare, Firewall, VPN and Intrusion Prevention system
  • Monitor IT systems and plan for changes and technology roadmap/upgrade
  • Manage service providers in project planning, implementation and on-going support, prepare project documents and train junior staff and vendors to provide implementation support
  • Act as escalation point for trouble shooting and issue resolution
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
  • Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information System or related discipline
  • At least 8 years’ experience in relevant experience in IT System administration or equivalent
  • Solid experience in cloud platform management, network, firewall, Windows Server, VMWare vSphere, virtual desktop, AWS, Azure and Microsoft on-premises AD domain infrastructure
  • Good knowledge in project management, system operation, Machine Learning, IoT, Microsoft solutions, Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) and IT security audit
  • CCNA, AWS, Azure, Linux, Microsoft, CISSP, ITIL or other IT certification a plus
  • Possess strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skill
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills
  • Mature, self-motivated, multi-tasking, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of English and Chinese, and Putonghua
