Key Duties

• Oversee and perform Business Requirement gathering, analysis and resolution of any issues
• Participate in or lead regional projects and coordinate between business process owners and IT
• Support application testing, implementation and training activities across the region
• Understand regulatory requirements and incorporate impact into requirements
• Provide support to end users during the change management process and on using changed  and various IT solutions
• Work closely with external logistics partner on daily support, system enhancement, testing, and project activities
• Communicate with Germany Headquarter IT department and various teams in Germany on projects and support activities
• Support APAC countries SAP WMLE / EWM warehouse systems and label printing solutions
• Monitor and follow-up SAP IDoc interfaces within SAP systems and external vendor systems
• Conduct system training to APAC key users
• Generate monthly reports to support and monitor all project and support activities
• Support for ad-hoc and on-demand projects

Essential Requirement

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Good knowledge of fashion or retail industry and detailed understanding of one or more key business processes and procedures
• Deep understanding of information systems, preferably with SAP (AFS, MM, SD, Retail) and/ or eCom background
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Clear and confident communication style – verbal and written
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Ability to collaborate with geographically distributed and culturally diverse Teams and business users
• Experienced in warehouse management systems support
• Experienced in Nice label software is an advantage
