Duties:

• Assist Manager in running the System Development Life Cycle, including Planning, Analysis, Design, implementation and Maintenance stages
• Maintain and monitor application system, including troubleshooting & bug fixing 
• Ensure appropriate procedures of test planning, execution and documentation 
• Work closely with the Software Team Head and work actively with other department key stakeholders to ensure performing prompt application systems to their department staff
• Liaise with vendors for solving difficulties after ERP implementation/migration 
• Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• With 2 – 3 years’ work experience in ERP deployment/maintenance/upgrade
• Hands-on experience in the Microsoft Dynamics ERP Applications (NAV or AX) implementation or support  
• Experience in SQL and Crystal Reports
• Knowledge in SAP, Dynamics Web & Cloud based Solutions (e.g. 365 Sales & CRM) and other ERP development would be a plus 
• Strong in Finance Management module of ERP will be highly preferred
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Short notice will be a plus
