Purpose:
The person will be responsible for gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components to turn our product into easy-to-use products for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups for web and mobile applications
• Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in graphic design, multimedia design, interactive design or related disciplines
• Solid experience with HTML5, JavaScript, Bootstrap and Sass /LESS/CSS3
• Knowledge of TypeScript or AngularJS is a definite advantage
• Experience with agile scrum methodology is highly preferred
• Proficiency in design tools, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work in a team. Eager to learn
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship/project experiences are also considered
• The application will NOT be considered without a design portfolio
