Job Description
- Focus on Unified Communication and Contact Center solutions
- Take a consultant role to provide an effective and quality solution to customer
- Work closely with internal sales, product, engineering teams to formulate an effective and efficient ICT & Collaboration solution according to customer needs and business requirements
- Design and conduct proof of concept with the solution proposed
- Prepare presentation materials and tender response
- Tertiary graduate in Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years experience in Unified Communication or VoIP field
- Has good knowledge in Telephony such as T1/E1 PRI, ISDN BRI, CO Trunks, FXS stations
- Has knowledge and skill in network administration and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, QoS, Router, Switch, Firewall)
- Familiar with IP-PBX, IP phones, gateways, PoE switches, MCU and Video Conference systems
- Knowledge in IP Telephony solution with Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, Asterisk, MS Teams
- Good team coordination skill, proven project management skill and problem-solving capability
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, work proactive and willing to learn new technology
- Ability to work independently
