Job Description
Our client is an Asia Loan Institutions Company and seeking for a Senior Officer and Officer to join their Hong Kong Compliance team.
Main Responsibilities :-
- Handling compliance monitoring program on the Company’s various activities, products and workflows to ensure compliance with internal policies, applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review policies and procedures to address the relevant legislation and regulation changes.
- To review and conduct on-site compliance / operational risk checking on local branches and other departments.
- Prepare the monthly compliance and operational risk reports and assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements :-
- University degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines
- 3-8 years of compliance or relevant experience gained from financial institution is an advantage.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in insurance/ securities /consumer finance industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- University graduate in related disciplines of less experience will also be considered as Officer.
