Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle the pre-authorization medical cases
- Assess medical claims in compliance with the terms and conditions of the policy
- Liaise with clinics and hospitals to follow up medical documents
- Coordinate with regional teams to handle the daily claims tasks in effective manner
- Handle claims inquiries from clients / agents
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
Education & Experience:
- Associate Degree or above
- At least 1 year's relevant experience in administrative or medical claims processing is preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Immediate available is preferred
