Job Description

The Store Trainee Manager Development Program is a 12-month comprehensive program aims at nurturing and developing young talents who are passionate in the retail industry to become future leaders in our O+O retail operations. The tailored 12-month program puts the trainee one step ahead of peers.

Through a wide range of professional training, which includes on-job attachment, department familiarization, individual development plan & Fit for Future Competency Workshops, our young talents are provided with learning opportunities to develop skills and professional expertise in O+O retail environment, and to gain real life sales operations and managerial experience for further career development. Upon successful completion, candidates will be offered store management position.
