Responsibility
- Plan and lead a team of engineers to develop machines or equipment for an automation process;
- Train and guide engineers to develop high performance and optimized precision machinery;
- Work with engineers to solve jig and fixture design challenges;
- Manage development progress and control the cost

Requirement
Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree holder or above
Field of Study: Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or related disciplines
Years of Experience: 10 years Mechanical Engineering experience with +5 years managerial experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to conceptualize and create mechanical designs
- General knowledge of materials and machining process
- Good communication, interpersonal, management and leadership skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin

Nancheng, Dongguan 東莞南城
