Job Description
Maintain and implement Aspen Quality Management System in Asia markets. Assist in driving continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance
• Support quality documentation control.
• Manage change control system. Coordinate with cross functional teams to meet the change implementation timelines.
• Handle customer and distribution complaint in a timely manner. Liaise with Aspen Group Quality for complaint investigation and issue customer complaint report.
• Manage deviation, corrective and preventive actions. Maintain deviation and CAPA register and ensure actions are closed in timely manner.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and assignment.
Artwork Management
• Able to work independently with the cross-functional teams to manage the artwork changes in the artwork management system in Asia markets.
• Liaise with supply team on artwork change and implementation timelines. Ensure the verification of artwork change is completed.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Degree holder in science related field.
• Minimum of 2 years QA experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry, preferably with artwork management experience.
• Excellent attention to details.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
