Responsibilities:

• Handle clerical works including data input, data checking, reporting 
• Communication with internal/external parties 
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments 
• Work overtime when necessary

Requirements:

• Immediately available is a must
• With relevant working experience in data entry is preferable
• Fresh graduates will be also considered
• Good in Microsoft Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Attention to detail, mature and able to work independently under pressure, with high degree of accuracy, able to meet tight deadlines
• Monday to Friday (4 hrs - 8hrs per day)
