Job Description
Our client, an electronics parts company, is now looking for a candidate with the following details:
Duties:
- Handle Shipping documents support, contact with suppliers, factories and liaise with the forwarders for delivery arrangement
- Prepare invoice, packing list, delivery documents and reports
- Handle goods delivery, support the team manager to solve the delivery issue
Requirement
- Experience as Sales Admin/ Shipping in trading company, preferable in electronics industry
- Able to handle full set of shipping, I/E doc. etc.
- Independent and good team player
- detail-minded and self-motivated
