Responsibilities:

• Maintain close relationships with brand principals and foster long-term business partnership
• Communicate with retail team frequently, review brand sales performance, product assortments, formulate sales forecast and pricing strategies to achieve brand KPI results
• Assisting build relationship with beauty/ designers/ other high-end partnerships for brand growth opportunities, including awareness building, lead generation and partnership liaison
• Assist in brand PR strategies, digital media, influencers management, product marketing animations, drive CRM initiatives to support global strategic product launches
• Work closely with internal stakeholder such as Retail Operations, Training, Merchandising & Logistic team to leverage brand strategies, maintain appropriated inventory level to support frontline businesses
• Support for driving brand P&L, sales performance through varies point-of-sales, create visual elements that support brand direction and strengthen brand's presentation at retail level
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

• Knowledge in fragrance and possess connection with beauty/ designers/ other high-end partnerships will be an advantage 
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and see this as a chance to make your mark and make a difference
• University Graduate in Marketing or Retail Sales Management preferred
• 2-3 years related experience in retail industry, preferably in skincare/ beauty background
• Good command of spoken and written skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong in consumer analysis and presentation
