Job Description

Reporting to Senior Manager, Communications and Public Relations, the successful applicant will support and coordinate Group ESG and/or CSR activity planning, execution and administration, support execution of marketing and promotional campaigns for the retail bank, including segments, products, services and channels, support, coordinate and execute Group corporate activities, including events, ESG and/or CSR & volunteering initiatives as necessary and provide team administrative support for the department.

Job Responsibilities

To support and coordinate ESG meetings, ESG report preparation and ESG webpage management
To liaise with various internal parties on the collation and analysis of monthly ESG data and/or KPI data for reporting purpose
To support coordination and execution of online and offline advertising, promotion and PR programmes to support the Bank's branding and product promotions
To help execute press events, including media invitations and follow-up, press kit preparation, venue arrangements and logistics, on-site support to post-event follow up such as press impact report, etc
To help provide event execution and logistics support for corporate activities / events / initiatives, e.g. sponsorships, CSR and corporate volunteering activities, etc
To coordinate with external vendors on production and other projects for accurate, timely and quality execution and delivery within budget
To help manage social media content and/or feed-posting related to the Bank’s marketing campaigns and/or the Group’s ESG/CSR activities
To compile news intelligence reports and competitive news analyses
To support / coordinate A&P expense monitoring, invoicing consolidation, marketing calendars, stationery and/or other inventory management, ITD coordination as well as other routine department administrative work as necessary

Incumbent Requirements

Degree or above with major in Marketing Communications, Journalism, Environmental Sciences or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in advertising/PR agencies or retail marketing; banking and financial services experience will be a strong advantage
Exposure or keen interest in ESG or CSR will be preferred
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Conversant in social media skills and promotions
Knowledge in print and collateral production
PC and Chinese typing skills are required
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, good attention to details, able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight schedule
