Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend marketing objectives and strategies with strategic review and in-depth analysis of the overall marketing climax
• Prepare marketing plans, budget and periodic update
• Evaluate and assess various aspects of marketing mix with the objective of improving sales & profitability in the short run and achieving brand image building in the mid to long run; propose action to bridge sales gap
• Control and implement the approved budgets and set priority on usage
• Implement, liaise and progress projects with advertising agencies from briefing through evaluation of proposals, making recommendations
• Plan, coordinate and implement research with research agencies, translate findings into consumer insights and actionable points
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor’s performance and activities and develop counteracting strategies and programs
• Supervise planning, executions, and evaluating of consumer promotions
• Liaise closely with sales and trade marketing departments to optimize brand resources and ensure smooth coordination of the marketing & sales activities
• Identify consumer insights, recommends and explore new marketing opportunities/ product concepts
• Perform any ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• University graduate preferably in Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years marketing experience gained from FMCG industry
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• A strong team players with good interpersonal and people management skills
• Candidate with less experiences would be considered as Brand Manager
