Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Prepare sales invoice and purchase order etc
- Follow up sales order and delivery arrangement
- Free goods, sponsorship and product sample arrangement
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma qualification
- 1-2 years working experience is preferred
- Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- With SAP user experience is an advantage
- Well-organized, self-motivated and willing to learn
- Good Communications and interpersonal skill
