工作範圍

• 制定和執行整體電子商務/營銷策略以及有關營運策略
• 創作及採用內容，並與各種代理合作夥伴發佈和/或推廣內容，以引導中國客戶推廣在 HiPP HK的跨境電子商務渠道上銷售的HiPP 香港產品
• 與代營運商合作，以提升在跨境電子商務渠道上採用媒體的投資回報率
• 協助市場研究、進行競爭分析並及時了解在線趨勢、行業洞察並探索新的電子商務渠道
• 與廣告代理、媒體代理、媒體銷售、記者和其他外部供應商密切合作，在規定的時間內製作高質量的營銷成果
• 確保遵守相關法律法規及公司政策
• 協助編制預算並監督支出
• 能夠在緊迫的期限內完成項目

Job Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute overall e-commerce / digital marketing strategies in China for HiPP Hong Kong 
• Create and adopt content and work with various agency partners to publish and or promote content to lead Chinese customers to promote HiPP Hong Kong products sold on HiPP HK’s CBEC channels
• Work with TPs to improve ROI on media spend on CBEC channels
• Assist in market research, perform competitive analysis and keep up to date with Online trends, Industry Insights and explore new e-commerce channels
• Work closely with advertising agencies, media agencies, media sales, reporters and other external vendors for the production of high-quality marketing deliverables within set time frame
• Ensure compliance against related legislations and regulations and company policies
• Assist in the preparation of budget and monitor expenditures
• Able to complete projects under tight deadlines

• 市場營銷/傳播/廣告或相關學科大學或以上學歷
• 至少 4年專注於中國網絡營銷及營銷聲譽管理的經驗。
• 有營銷聲譽管理及在天貓、京東、小紅書、微信、微博等電商渠道的中國社交媒體有過往經驗者優先
• 積極主動、上進心、有創作力、靈活、注重細節、擅長項目和時間管理以及具有積極工作態度和優秀誠信的團隊精神
• 良好溝通能力和管理技能
• 歡迎母語為普通話的應徵者； 擅長英語是優先但不是必需的
• 具有其他經驗的應徵者將被考慮相應職位

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Communications / Advertising or related disciplines;
• At least 4 years of experience with focus on China digital marketing and digital reputation management
• Experienced in digital reputation management and on Chinese social media platforms and content
• Proactive, self-motivated, creative-minded, flexible, attention to details, strong in project and time management and a team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity
• Strong communicator and good stakeholder management skills
• Native mandarin speaker is welcomed; Proficiency in English is an advantage
• Candidate with other experience will be considered for a commensurate position
