Responsibilities:

• Understand target audiences and related products, assist teams to develop as event concept / theme
• Collaborate with team mates to assist on idea generation, overall event management and data analysis
• Plan and deliver hybrid and virtual events from concept to execution
• Solely responsible for end to end event management of varied events including client events, exhibitions and conferences
• Work with teams to ensure all the projects are accurate and on time
• Sourcing and negotiating with venues, suppliers, and ordering gifts and merchandise for events
• Event administrative responsibilities (production of invitations, nametags, place and table seating cards, menu cards)
• Communicate with clients, on site support at events and maintain event calendar and attendee tracking information

• A minimum of two years prior experience in event management
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical/medical industry is a bonus
• Willing to share knowledge or expereince and work as a team
• Must think strategically and creatively; identifies problems and offer creative solutions
• Independent and able to work multi-task
• Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills to work with clients, healthcare professional and medical societies
