Job Description

• The role of Account Director requires experience of managing a number of accounts including Mainland China within the branding/creative agency;
• You will have a minimum of eight years’ relevant experience, with great communication and organisational skills, and be able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure;
• As an exceptional team player you will have based your career on building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, and will have the passion, enthusiasm and determination to grow with the team and business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development of each account efficiently. Monitor all aspects of project in development including proposal, budget, schedule development, delivery and invoicing;
• Must be able to communicate, draw up briefs and deliver presentations with clear strategic thought. Comfortable and experienced in delivering and presenting concepts/design works, budgets and project plans to clients;
• Spot and develop opportunities with our clients to grow and build our business. Seek new business opportunities and convert them into actual project;
• Support ongoing business development activity, involvement in and management of credential and presentation meetings and discussions.

Requirements and Experiences

• University Graduate with a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience;
• Responsible, creative, organized, multi-tasking, self-motivated, proactive, collaborative, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure;
• Demonstrate strong ability to write effective, compelling project briefs, presentations and proposals. Both in English and Chinese;
• Demonstrate successful management and delivery ensuring project reflects the brief and meets client and brand objectives;
• Strong understanding of client brands, products, competitve enviornment, business environment;
• Demonstrate clear point of view on client’s brand strategy and be able to articulate how it contributes to the development of projects;
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of company service offer and how this has added value to a project;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese;
• China market experience is a must;
• Traveling to China is required.
