Our client is one of the leading property developers in the region and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. They have a large retail portfolio in both China and Hong Kong which has gained a strong reputation for its quality and design. They are currently seeking for a high caliber Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will be nurtured to eventually take up senior management positions within the group.

Responsibilities:

• Intensive on-the-job and management training that involves attachment to various teams within the data analytics, leasing, investment, marketing & promotions departments in order to gain an understanding of all aspects of the business.
• Provide strategic expertise and advice on both new and existing commercial developments.
• Assist senior management in the implementation of various strategies and plans for the portfolio, including a focus on data analysis and business reporting.
• Responsible for all around activities of the commercial portfolio, positioning and marketing campaigns
• Liaise and manage external and internal stakeholders
• Conduct market research and customer analysis

Requirements

• Degree holder in business administration, marketing, management, hospitality, languages, surveying, real estates or property related studies
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably within leasing/data analytics of the property development sector.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Well organized, dedicated and eager to learn
• Presentable with good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Experience in property related industry will be an advantage
