Our client is a large bank in Hong Kong and is looking for a high caliber candidate to lead the retail lending business

 Responsibility:

 -    As a business owner, responsible for the profit and loss of the retail lending business
-     Promote the lending products in personal banking as Business Head and make a contribution to increase branding awareness and profitable market share
-     Manage the business unit teams such as sales, proposition, strategic planning, portfolio management, risk governance, etc. to come up with sound product features and good governance control
-     Co-ordinate with marketing department and drive the marketing campaigns to achieve the target result
-     Review and analysis the market changes and optimize the portfolio according to the risk and return criteria
-     Work with the marketing and segment department to devise unique product features to attract young and new generation to be the banking clients
-     Analysis, study market information, competitors’ intelligence to make plans for growing the business
-     Manage the risk and control function of the lending business in credit cards, unsecured lending and mortgage loans

 Requirement:

-     Degree holder in Business Administration or other discipline
-     Minimum 18 years of solid banking experience gained in banking product management and marketing with good experience in credit cards, unsecured loans and mortgage loans
-     Credit Cards Head with strong business aspiration to be retail lending head if not having covered all retail lending business
-     Exposure in retail unsecured lending, mortgage loans or credit cards
-     Having exposure over 10 years in credit cards business
