• Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s image and get awareness to the right target groups
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns
• Implement content management in social media, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, lead generation campaigns
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Analyze consumer / customer behavior and adjust the promotion methods / plans

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree Holder in Marketing or work in related field for 5 years
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn and drive related teams to implement the works
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools & capable of handling event / seminar ( webinar by zoom )
• Good writing skill in English and Chinese
• Knowledge in MS office, Adobe Photoshop / AI or other publishing software
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Digital / Direct / Online marketing and measurement
